Wildpoldsried, 9 February 2018 – The sonnen group, the world’s leading manufacturer of energy storage systems, is acquiring shares in Energeticum Energiesysteme GmbH in Balzhausen. The aim is for the long-term partners to work more closely together in order to expand their position as market leaders and grow in the Allgäu region.
This is another step in sonnen’s strategy of pursuing direct partnerships with the best, most innovative companies on the market. The strategy also includes long-term, trusting, collaborative partnerships with sonnenBatterie centres and specialist partners on all levels – from lead generation to energy services.

Energeticum has been working exclusively with sonnen as a sonnenBatterie centre for Swabia/Allgäu since 2011, and has already installed several thousand sonnenBatteries in the region.

Based in Balzhausen, Energeticum Energiesysteme was founded in 2004 and now has 45 employees. The company is specialised in the installation of photovoltaic systems with storage batteries for private use. Energeticum also offers options for producing warm water using solar energy.
